Gardening 101

Free and open to the public, Gardening 101 classes cover a variety of basic gardening topics. The classes also offer nutritional information about the fruits and vegetables we grow as well as healthy preparation methods for meals and snack time. Check the calendar for class times and dates.

Natalie Vreeland is our “Gardening 101” instructor.

  • Classes are free and open to the public.

  • Classes are located at the Heritage Gardens.

  • Classes are 45 minutes.

  • Participants receive education materials and hands on instruction.

Volunteer
We are always looking for interested community members who have expertise or an extensive background in nutrition to help implement the education component at Heritage Community Gardens.
